We have been commissioned by Land Use Consultants to review Environmental Statements submitted to the London Borough of Tower Hamlets in support of planning applications.
Topics reviewed included microclimate, hydrology and flood risk, ground conditions and contaminated land, noise, air quality and cumulative impacts. Recommendations were made on Regulation 19 and other clarifications prior to determination of the application.
